ADRs (American Depositary Recipts)

ADRs are an attractive investment alternative for international investors who want to invest in GFNorte, but whose investment policies may restrict them from trading in certain markets or currencies.

GFNorte's ADRs are traded in the United States trough BNY Mellon as depositary bank. They are traded in OTCX, over-the-counter, with ticker GBOOY, as Level 1 ADRs. They are not listed in a US Stock Exchange, and are subject to regulation from the Mexican Stock Exchange.

Each ADR represents 5 shares of GFNorte, and they are as liquid as their underlying shares.

Investor's total return, either via capital gains and/or dividend payments, is paid in US dollars.
